Thank you for shopping with Crescentart. We specialize in custom printing and digital design services, including business cards, letterheads, brochures, medicine boxes, flyers, shirts, and other personalized products.

Because many of our products are made to order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Most of our products are custom-made and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Business Cards
  • Letterheads
  • Brochures
  • Medicine Boxes
  • Flyers
  • Shirts
  • Stickers
  • Banners
  • Packaging Products
  • Digital Design Files
  • Customized or Personalized Products

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your product arrived damaged due to our error.
  • Your order could not be completed by Crescentart.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order details.
  • Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once printing, production, or digital work has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Digital Products

All digital products, artwork, and downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered.
